Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (£12.95)
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions in Asia and remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened condition
  • The original packaging must be intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to legal restrictions and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened alcoholic beverages (wines, spirits, beers, pre-mixed drinks)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide details: Include your order number and information about the product you wish to return/exchange
  3. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Package securely: Use the original packaging if possible
  5. Ship the item: Send to: 9 Mayor’s Walk, Peterborough, GB PE8Y 5BP (include your order number)

Return Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • For damaged or incorrect items, we may provide a prepaid shipping label

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We process refunds within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different product:

  2. In your email, specify the replacement product you’d like
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement
  4. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

If you receive damaged or incorrect products:
