Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unopened condition
- The original packaging must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase
Please note: Due to legal restrictions and for quality assurance, we cannot accept returns of opened alcoholic beverages or products that have been damaged after delivery. This includes all wines, spirits, beers, and pre-mixed drinks from our selection.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package the item securely using the original packaging if possible
- Ship the item back to our address (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error)

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchange Process
If you need to exchange an item for a different product:

- In your email, clearly specify the product you’d like as a replacement
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
