Tasting Notes

This organic Cabernet from Ukiah Valley is bright and lively with a concentrated core of ripe blackberry and blueberry fruit. The wine has a short period of time in French Oak resulting in a subtle sweet spice on the nose. The full-bodied palate finishes with notes of cranberry and dry tannins.
