Tasting Note

Organic Cava with fresh notes of green apples, lime and a distinct dryness. The grapes used include Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo. The prominence of the Macabeo grape showcases the light and fruity character of the wine, whilst maintaining a perfect level of acidity which is essential for sparkling wines.
