Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We deliver worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your location.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two delivery options:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch
  2. Free Shipping: For orders over £50, via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch
All orders take 1-2 days to process before dispatch.
How do you package the bottles for shipping?
Every bottle is securely wrapped with protective materials to prevent breakage. We also schedule deliveries to avoid extreme weather conditions when possible to protect temperature-sensitive products.
Will I need to pay customs charges?
For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices and would be your responsibility. Our customer service team can advise on specific country requirements.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You’ll receive transparent tracking updates at every stage of your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
